Work Location: One Horizon Centre, Gurugram

Shift: Regular / APAC Shift (depending on the business region supported)

Initial Contract Period: 5-6 Months

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to support hiring across technology and product functions for one of the world's leading beverage companies. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a global talent acquisition project, partnering with business stakeholders to identify and attract top technical talent across India and the APAC region.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sourcing technical talent within product-based organizations and will be responsible for building high-quality talent pipelines across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top technical talent.
• Source candidates across IT and Non-IT sectors.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, job boards, and other sourcing channels to identify passive talent.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and qualification conversations.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and market trends.
• Maintain accurate sourcing activities and candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide market intelligence and talent insights to support hiring decisions.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.

Required Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in technical sourcing or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience sourcing talent for product-based organizations.
• Strong understanding of technical hiring across multiple technology domains.
• Experience sourcing for IT and Non-IT -related functions.
• Expertise in passive sourcing, talent mapping, and market research.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Workday experience is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting hiring across India and/or APAC markets.
• Experience working with leading product-based or technology organizations.
• Immediate joiners or candidates serving short notice periods will be preferred.
