Senior Recruiter - Contract to Hire

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and drive end-to-end recruitment for business-critical roles. The role will partner closely with business leaders and HRBPs to understand hiring needs, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver quality talent within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement understanding to offer closure and joining.

- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand current and future talent requirements.

- Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, internal databases, and other channels.

- Own sourcing for critical and niche positions and develop targeted talent pools.

- Screen candidates and assess them against role requirements, skills, experience, and organizational fit.

- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and closure of selected candidates.

- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and build talent networks for future hiring.

- Track recruitment metrics, maintain accurate hiring data, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

- Work closely with the wider TA team on hiring projects, process improvements, and talent initiatives.

- Support campus, lateral, and specialized hiring as required.

- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and organizational policies.

What We Are Looking For:

- 4 - 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

- Strong hands-on experience in sourcing and end-to-end recruitment.

- Good experience in hiring across multiple functions and levels.

- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.

- Strong candidate engagement and negotiation skills.

- Data-driven approach with good attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of hiring requirements.

- Prior experience in pharma, biotech, healthcare, manufacturing, or a similar industry will be an advantage.
