As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be at the forefront of our sales operations — handling premium clients, closing high-value deals, and contributing directly to the company's success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Conduct site visits and meetings across Bangalore
• Coordinate with builders and developers
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain a strong pipeline and follow-up system
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 2+ years of experience in Real Estate / Sales / Business Development
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong closing ability with a target-driven mindset
• Knowledge of Bangalore real estate market is an advantage
• Leadership qualities and team-handling potential
