Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize scalable web applications using React.js and modern frontend tech stacks.
• Implement state management patterns (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API) and improve rendering cycles.
• Build reusable component libraries and integrate RESTful/GraphQL APIs securely.
• Optimize application speed, Core Web Vitals, browser compatibility, and SEO metrics.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ Years of experience in professional web development, with 4+ years dedicated to React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS-in-JS or responsive design patterns.
• Familiarity with modern React routers, build tools (Vite, Webpack), and testing frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to maximize productivity.
• Strong communication skills, systems thinking, and experience working in Agile teams.
