    Job Title: Frontend Developer

    Responsibilities:
    - Develop, test, and deploy highly responsive and scalable user interfaces using JavaScript frameworks, primarily Next.js and React.
    - Collaborate closely with product managers, and backend developers to translate design mockups and user stories into functional and engaging web applications.
    - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
    - Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and scalability across various devices and browsers.
    - Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring code quality.
    - Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of existing applications, including those built with PHP (Zend Framework/Laminas) and legacy JavaScript frameworks like Backbone.js.
    - Debug and troubleshoot complex frontend issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
    - Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, trends, and best practices, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.
    - Actively participate in agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
    - Proactively identify areas for improvement in our development processes and tools.

    Required Skills:
    - 12+ years of professional experience as a Frontend Developer.
    - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, HTML5, and CSS3.
    - Extensive experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React.js and Next.js.
    - Solid understanding of component-based architecture, state management (e.g., Redux, React Context API), and front-end routing.
    - Experience with build tools such as Webpack, Babel, or Vite.
    - Proficiency with version control systems, especially Git.
    - Demonstrable experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
    - Ability to write comprehensive unit and integration tests for frontend components.
    - Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
    - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    Desirable Skills:
    - Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) in Next.js.
