Job Description:

What You will do:

• Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, estimates, and cost sheets for construction projects.
• Conduct detailed quantity surveying and rate analysis for civil and finishing works.
• Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and comparative statements.
• Monitor project quantities and costs against approved budgets.
• Review contractor/subcontractor bills, measurements, and work orders.
• Coordinate with Project, Planning, Procurement, and Finance teams for cost and quantity-related matters.
• Assist in project planning, budgeting, and cost forecasting.
• Identify quantity variations, cost deviations, and potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Verify drawings, specifications, and scope of work for accurate quantity calculations.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to quantities, costs, budgets, and project progress.
• Support tendering and procurement activities through estimation, BOQ preparation, and rate comparison.
• Ensure proper documentation and records of measurements, estimates, variations, and project costs.
• Knowledge of MEP Drawings 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 7–10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Billing, and Cost Management in the Real Estate or Construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying, Quantity Estimation, Costing, and Planning.
• Good understanding of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, rate analysis, and billing.
• Knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and execution methodologies.
• Ability to interpret civil/structural drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other relevant estimation/planning software.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and work within deadlines.
