About this role
Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within the Defence, Aerospace, Armament, or Precision Manufacturing industry.
Sound knowledge of relevant quality standards and systems, including:
AS9100
ISO 9001
AQAP Standards
MIL Standards
NABL/Calibration Requirements
Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Action Systems
Experience in supplier quality management, process audits, inspection planning, and customer quality compliance.
Strong understanding of GD&T, statistical quality tools, and quality documentation.
Preferred candidate profile
Ensure compliance with defense quality requirements and customer specifications.
Lead quality audits, inspections, and continual improvement initiatives.
Manage supplier quality performance and corrective action programs.
Coordinate with production, engineering, and customer representatives on quality matters.
