Senior Quality Engineer

We are looking for a QA Engineer with strong shop-floor experience to ensure product and process quality across manufacturing and assembly operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process and final inspections across manufacturing and assembly lines.
• Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, GD&T and quality standards.
• Implement and maintain QMS requirements IATF 16949 / ISO 9001.
• Handle OEM customer quality concerns, complaints and RMAs.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis using 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone and CAPA.
• Prepare and maintain Control Plans, FMEA, SOPs and inspection checklists.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering and Supplier Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 3–4 years of hands-on manufacturing shop-floor QA/QC experience.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical Drawings, GD&T and manufacturing processes.
• Working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 and QMS practices.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with OEM customer quality teams.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.

Candidates with Automotive / OEM / Electromechanical manufacturing experience will be preferred.
