Senior Quality Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• handle Final inspection & in process quality of Engine Valves for their dimensional, aesthetic &  
• Experience to achieve targets of FI quality, in-process quality by using 7QC tools, RCA: - why-why, Fishbone,  
• FTA process point, statistical tools and 4MT conditions.  
• To Create Plan and Regular audit as per plan with management and clients (Daily, weekly, monthly).  
• Plan, conduct internal quality audit i.e., product audit, process audit, system audit, supplier audit,  
• customer audit and  
• Gap closure with appropriate corrective and preventive actions.  
• Organize MRM, inputs, outputs and follow up on action.  
• Maintain customer complain register and promote customer requirements.  
• Experience in customer quality i.e. Attending customer complaints, analysing problems with customer  
• representative, handling issues related to quality at customer end.  
• CAPA system for non-conformities and corrective actions through why-why analysis as well as 8D methodology.
