Senior Quality Engineer - Auto Component Manufacturing industry mandatory

Role: SR. ENGINEER – Quality**

**Location:** Chennai

**Industry:** Auto Component Manufacturing

**Experience:** 4–8 Years

**Salary:** upto 4.5 LPA

**Shift:** Rotation Shifts

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Handle plant **Quality Control & QMS** activities.

* Manage **Inward, In-process & PDI Inspection** as per Quality Plan/Control Plan/SOP.

* Handle **Customer Complaints, Customer Audits & Supplier Audits**.

* Monitor and reduce **Internal Rejection & COPQ**.

* Maintain **TS 16949 QMS** requirements.

* Handle **PPAP, FMEA/PFMEA, Control Plan & Poka-Yoke** activities.

* Conduct **MSA, Gauge R&R, Kaizen & Cost-Saving** initiatives.

* Support **NPD Quality** activities.

* Monitor daily rejection and ensure proper disposal as per SOP.

* Train and supervise the Quality Team.

* Maintain daily QMS activities, Quality Alerts and OPL.

**Must-Have Skills:**

* Auto Component Manufacturing Plant QMS

* **TS 16949 Internal Auditor Certification**

* Strong QMS knowledge

* Experience in **Tier 1/Tier 2 Auto Component Manufacturing**

* Good knowledge of Quality Control and Inspection processes
