Senior Quality Assurance Tester

We're Hiring: QA Engineer / Software Test Engineer ( AI Testing must ) 📍 Location: Udaipur 💼 Experience: 2–5 Years About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer who can perform end-to-end (360°) testing of our web applications, mobile applications, AI solutions, and software products before deployment. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, identify edge cases, and ensure a seamless user experience across all platforms. Key Responsibilities Perform end-to-end (360°) testing of web applications, mobile applications, software, and AI-based products. Prepare comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios. Conduct Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Smoke Testing, Sanity Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Identify, document, track, and verify bugs using bug-tracking tools. Test software across different browsers, operating systems, devices, and screen sizes. Validate UI/UX, workflows, APIs, and application performance. Collaborate closely with developers and project managers to resolve issues. Perform re-testing after bug fixes and ensure release readiness. Ensure software meets quality, usability, security, and performance standards. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in Manual Software Testing / QA. Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience in writing detailed test cases and bug reports. Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, TestRail, or similar. Knowledge of API testing using Postman is preferred. Basic understanding of databases (SQL) is an advantage. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to think from an end-user perspective and identify edge cases. Good to Have Experience with Automation Testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.). Experience testing AI applications, chatbots, or SaaS platforms. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
