Job Title: Senior QA Engineer (Automation)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer (Automation) with strong expertise in

test strategy, functional validation, and automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will

possess excellent analytical skills, hands-on programming experience, and the ability to

deliver high-quality solutions in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies across functional, integration,

and end-to-end testing

• Perform in-depth functional testing with strong analytical and problem-solving

capabilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks and reusable test

scripts

• Execute testing across multiple layers, including UI, API, and performance/load

testing

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality-driven delivery
• Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution
• Ensure scalability, maintainability, and reliability of test automation suites
• Quickly adapt to short-term engagements and evolving project requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in QA with a strong focus on automation testing
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as:
• TypeScript / JavaScript (preferred)
• Java or any object-oriented programming language (good to have)
• Hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas:
• UI Automation
• API Testing
• Performance/Load Testing
• Experience with tools and frameworks such as:
• Playwright / Selenium
• Postman / REST Assured
• JMeter / Locust or equivalent
• Solid understanding of test design techniques, QA methodologies, and

SDLC/STLC

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Good to Have

• Experience in GenAI use case testing
• Exposure to AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience in test data management and service virtualization
