Senior Quality Analyst - Playwright (8+Years)

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Manual Testing with a solid understanding of Software Testing

Life Cycle (STLC) and defect management.

• Hands-on experience in API & Integration Testing using Postman (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Good exposure to Salesforce Testing, with experience in one or more of the

following:

Sales Cloud

Service Cloud

CPQ

Marketing Cloud

Experience Cloud (preferred)

• Strong Automation Testing experience.
• Mandatory hands-on expertise in at least one of the following automation tools:

Playwright (Preferred)

Selinum

Copado Robotic Testing (CRT)

Provar

AccelQ

• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Strong experience in automating:

Salesforce UI flows

API test scenarios

End-to-end business workflows

• Experience with source control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage.
• Experience with test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Soft Skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to Business Analysis activities such as requirement analysis, user story

grooming, and acceptance criteria validation.

• Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into effective

test scenarios.

Preferred Qualifications

• QA Certifications in manual/automations Testing (e.g., ISTQB,CRT, Provar,Playwright)

are a plus.

• Salesforce domain experience is highly preferred.
• Salesforce certifications (Admin or Consultant) are a plus.
