Senior Quality Analyst - BPO

We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented Senior Quality Analysts to join our team and drive quality, compliance, and performance excellence across our US Voice Process.

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality audits of US voice calls and evaluate interactions against defined quality parameters.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to agents based on audit findings.
• Identify recurring quality and compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality/QA in a BPO environment.
• Mandatory experience in auditing US Voice processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to identify process gaps.

Work Schedule

• Shift: 6:30 PM to 4:30 AM
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday Fixed
• Cab Facility: Not Provided
