Senior Quadient Inspire Developer

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quadient Inspire Developer to join our Customer Communications Management team. This role requires deep expertise in the Quadient Inspire platform and the ability to independently design, develop, enhance, troubleshoot, and support critical customer communication solutions across print and digital channels.

The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in template development, data mapping, business rule implementation, document composition, workflow orchestration, and production support. Given the critical nature of customer communications, the candidate must be capable of rapidly diagnosing and resolving complex production issues while ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using Quadient Inspire.
• Create and enhance templates for print and digital customer communications.
• Implement complex business rules and data-driven document generation logic.
• Perform data mapping, document composition, and output generation across multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve document generation failures, formatting issues, and system defects.
• Analyze and optimize application performance, scalability, and processing efficiency.
• Support software releases, deployments, and production cutovers.
• Provide timely analysis and resolution of production incidents, minimizing business disruption and SLA breaches.
• Collaborate with architects, QA teams, and downstream application teams to deliver high-quality communication solutions
