About this role
We are looking for a
Senior Quadient Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing, implementing and optimizing customer communication management (CCM) processes using Quadient solutions. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in tools like Quadient Inspire to build efficient document workflows, create templates and ensure seamless multichannel communication tailored to business needs.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain templates and workflows using Quadient Inspire tools (Designer, Content Manager, Interactive and Scaler)
- Automate and optimize customer communication processes across multiple channels (print, email, SMS and web)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into communication templates and workflows
- Integrate Quadient solutions with enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) and APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Test, debug and improve templates, workflows and document outputs to meet business and regulatory needs
- Work closely with business analysts, developers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical and business goals
- Interpret business requirements to design effective CCM workflows
Requirements
- 4-8 years of hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire tools (Designer, Scaler, Content Manager)
- Expertise in document composition and automation, including dynamic templates and multichannel output (PDF, email, print)
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python or VBScript
- Strong knowledge of XML, JSON and CSV, along with experience working with relational databases (SQL)
- Experience integrating REST/SOAP APIs with enterprise systems or RPA solutions (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism)
- Analytical skills to gather and interpret business requirements
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Inspire Academy certifications
Nice to have
- Prior experience with customer communication management (CCM) platforms
- Knowledge of adjacent tools such as Adobe Experience Manager, Camunda or Bizagi
- Experience integrating Quadient with robotic process automation (RPA) tools
