Senior, QA Manager : Manual+ US Healthcare ( Immediate To 30 days)

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Manager to lead QA strategy, quality governance, and distributed testing teams for US Healthcare web applications.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• 12+ years of QA experience with strong leadership and team management skills.
• Extensive US Healthcare domain experience is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in Manual Testing, web applications, Agile/Scrum, and release management.
• Knowledge of Claims, Provider, Member, Eligibility, Benefits, Authorizations, Medicare/Medicaid, and HIPAA EDI transactions (837, 835, 270/271, 276/277).
• Strong SQL and API testing skills using Postman or REST Assured.
• Familiarity with Selenium, Playwright, Java, Azure DevOps/Jira, and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
