Role Overview We are looking for a highly experienced Senior QA Engineer with deep expertise in mobile automation, manual testing, and AI-powered quality engineering practices. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on automation expertise, and the ability to drive project execution and team coordination from a technical perspective. You will define QA strategies, build scalable automation frameworks, leverage modern AI-assisted testing techniques, and ensure our mobile applications deliver exceptional experiences across Android and iOS platforms. Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for Android and iOS applications using tools such as Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, or Detox.
• Design and implement comprehensive test strategies covering functional and non-functional testing.
• Own end-to-end quality assurance processes for mobile releases, including regression, usability, compatibility, and performance testing.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and designers to clarify requirements and user journeys.
• Lead project execution from the technical QA side and ensure timely delivery of quality milestones.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior QA engineers to establish and maintain best practices.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for faster and more reliable releases.
• Analyze logs, investigate failures, and provide detailed and actionable defect reports.
• Track QA metrics and continuously improve test coverage and release quality.
• Drive continuous improvements in testing processes, tools, and engineering practices.
• Leverage AI-assisted quality engineering approaches to increase testing efficiency and accelerate release cycles.
• Utilize modern AI coding and automation tools such as Claude Code and other AI-powered QA solutions to enhance productivity and test automation capabilities. Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on mobile testing and automation.
• Deep knowledge of mobile automation tools such as Appium, Detox, Espresso, or XCUITest.
• Strong experience with scripting and test frameworks using Python, Java, JavaScript, or Kotlin.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools, with experience using Claude Code and modern AI-based QA automation techniques being highly desirable.
• Experience managing technical execution and coordinating QA activities across projects and teams.
• Hands-on experience with cloud testing platforms such as BrowserStack, Firebase Test Lab, or Sauce Labs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Bitrise, and version control systems like Git.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, debugging tools, performance testing, and tools such as Postman and Charles Proxy.
• Experience working within Agile environments and participating in sprint ceremonies and QA lifecycle processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to mentor team members and influence quality practices across engineering teams. Nice to Have
• Experience testing AI-powered or data-intensive applications.
• Exposure to analytics, crash reporting, and monitoring tools such as Firebase Crashlytics and Mixpanel.
• Knowledge of accessibility and security testing standards.
• Experience with GenAI-based testing workflows, autonomous testing agents, or AI-driven test generation tools.
