Senior QA Engineer / Hybrid Tester (Manual + Automation)

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Senior QA Engineer (Hybrid Tester) with strong experience in both Manual and Automation Testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure product quality.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in requirement analysis and provide quality-focused feedback.
• Continuously improve QA processes, test coverage, and automation adoption.
• Leverage AI-powered testing tools and practices wherever applicable.
• Ensure timely delivery of quality releases.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
• Strong experience in both Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
• Good understanding of API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong defect management and test execution skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI/GenAI-enabled testing tools and practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps environments.
• Knowledge of performance, security, or exploratory testing.
• Experience in cloud-based testing environments.
