Senior Python Full Stack Developer (FastAPI + React.js + GCP)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Python, FastAPI, React.js, and GCP. The candidate should be capable of building scalable backend APIs, modern frontend applications, and deploying cloud-native solutions on GCP.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Python, FastAPI, and React.js.
• Build high-performance REST APIs and backend services using Python and FastAPI.
• Develop responsive and reusable UI components using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Develop and deploy applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and databases.
• Work with SQL/relational databases and implement efficient data access.
• Implement application security, authentication, error handling, and logging.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and production support.
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, product, and engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills

• Python: Strong hands-on development experience with Python, including backend application development, API development, data processing, and debugging.
  
• FastAPI: Strong experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices using FastAPI, including request/response handling, validation, authentication, exception handling, and API integrations.
  
• React.js: Strong hands-on frontend development experience using React.js, including reusable components, Hooks, state management, API integration, and responsive UI development.
  
• JavaScript / TypeScript: Good proficiency in modern JavaScript and/or TypeScript, along with HTML and CSS.
  
• GCP: Hands-on experience developing and deploying applications on Google Cloud Platform, with exposure to relevant compute, storage, database, container, logging, and monitoring services.
  
• REST APIs & Microservices: Strong understanding of RESTful services, JSON, microservices architecture, API integration, and service-to-service communication.
  
• Database: Strong experience with SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, including queries, data modeling, and performance optimization.
  
• Cloud & DevOps: Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes/GKE, CI/CD, Git, and cloud-based application deployment.
  
• Engineering Skills: Strong understanding of scalable application design, debugging, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and secure coding practices.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GKE/Kubernetes and containerized deployments.
• Exposure to BigQuery, GCS, Cloud Logging/Monitoring, or other GCP services.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI integration or AI-assisted development would be an added advantage.

Locations: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai / Vadodara

Shift: 2 PM to 11 PM IST

Work Mode: Hybrid
