Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Backend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Python.
• Build scalable and maintainable services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
• Write clean, reusable, testable, and well-documented code.
• Perform code reviews and follow software engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot performance, reliability, and production issues.

2. AWS Serverless Development

• Design and implement serverless applications using AWS services.
• Develop and manage AWS Lambda functions using Python.
• Build event-driven architectures using Amazon EventBridge, Amazon SQS, Amazon SNS, and AWS Step Functions.
• Design and implement APIs using Amazon API Gateway.
• Work with Amazon S3, DynamoDB, RDS, and other AWS data services.
• Configure AWS IAM roles, policies, and security controls following least-privilege principles.
• Optimize serverless applications for scalability, performance, availability, and cost.
