Job Description:

Required Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python programming, object-oriented programming (OOP), and data structures.
• Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Expertise in REST APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of ORM frameworks, caching, logging, and application performance optimization.
• Experience with Git, code review practices, and automated testing.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with cloud services, preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of system design, design patterns, and scalable application architecture.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0 and JWT.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Python-based applications.
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Define technical architecture, coding standards, development guidelines, and best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of Python developers, providing technical guidance and conducting code reviews.
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders.
• Implement automated testing using PyTest, unittest, or other relevant testing frameworks.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Identify technical challenges, troubleshoot production issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Participate in sprint planning, effort estimation, technical discussions, and project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes, coding standards, and security practices.
