Senior Python Developer

Experience Required: 7+ Years

Role: Senior Python Full Stack Developer

Work Model: Pune (Hybrid)

Immediate Joiners preferred (who can join within 10-15 days)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python, FastAPI, and React.
• Build robust, high-performance REST APIs following modern software engineering best practices.
• Implement clean architecture principles, asynchronous programming, and type-safe code using Python type hints.
• Develop and optimize frontend components and user interfaces using React.
• Create and manage data models, validation layers, and API schemas using Pydantic v2.
• Integrate applications with external and internal systems using REST APIs and authentication mechanisms.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization patterns including OAuth, Personal Access Tokens (PAT), and ADFS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver AI-powered features and user experiences.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native environments.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, technical design, and performance optimization initiatives.
• Contribute to AI-enabled solutions by applying Prompt Engineering techniques and understanding Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.
• Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability through development best practices.

Required Skills:

Backend Development -

• Strong experience in Python development.
• Strong expertise in:
• Asynchronous programming (Async/Await)
• Type Hints
• Clean Architecture
• API Design & Development
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI.
• Strong knowledge of Pydantic v2 and data validation frameworks.

Frontend Development -

• Experience developing modern web applications using React.js.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture, state management, and frontend best practices.

Cloud & Infrastructure -

• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud environments.
• Understanding of cloud-native application development and deployment.

API & Integration -

• Strong experience with:
• REST APIs
• API Security
• OAuth
• Personal Access Tokens (PAT)
• ADFS Authentication
• Experience integrating enterprise applications with external services and platforms.

AI & Generative AI -

• Understanding of Prompt Engineering concepts.
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks and AI application workflows.

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience with LLM-based applications and Generative AI platforms.
• Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with vector databases and semantic search solutions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and test-driven development.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Exposure to monitoring, observability, and application performance tuning.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
