We are looking for a Senior Python Developer with strong experience in Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling, and productionizing analytical solutions. The role involves end-to-end model lifecycle activities including development, validation, deployment, monitoring, recalibration, and production support.

Mandatory Skills

• 6+ years of strong Python development
• Hands-on Machine Learning model development & deployment
• Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn
• XGBoost / LightGBM
• SQL & Database Programming
• Statistical Modeling & Predictive Analytics
• Feature Engineering & Model Evaluation
• Model Recalibration, Retraining & Performance Monitoring
• Experience with production ML/analytical applications
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting & RCA skills
• Experience handling large datasets
• Strong communication & stakeholder management

Good to Have

• PySpark
• Oracle
• Scorecards, Probability Models, Forecasting or Risk Models
• Model Governance & Validation
• Agile development experience

Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize ML models, perform validation/recalibration, deploy models into enterprise environments, monitor production performance, troubleshoot issues, and support the complete model lifecycle.
