Role & responsibilities

• Handle procurement of civil, finishing, electrical, plumbing, MEP and other construction materials.
• Source and coordinate with vendors/suppliers for project requirements.
• Float enquiries, obtain quotations and prepare Comparative Statements (CS).
• Negotiate rates, payment terms, quality and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved requirements.
• Coordinate with Project, Site, Stores, Planning and Accounts teams for material requirements.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply-related issues.
• Conduct market surveys, rate comparisons and vendor development.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good knowledge of BOQ, rate comparison and procurement processes.
• Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
• Good command of MS Excel and ERP/Purchase systems.
• Strong follow-up, communication and coordination skills.
• Candidates with Delhi/NCR vendor market knowledge will be preferred.
