Roles G Responsibilities:

Source suitable suppliers and obtain quotations for required materials and services.

Evaluate and compare suppliers based on quality, pricing, delivery capability, reliability, and commercial terms.

Prepare, issue, and maintain accurate purchase orders in the ERP system after obtaining the required approvals.

Track purchase orders and deliveries, follow up with suppliers, and address delays or discrepancies to support timely material availability.

Coordinate with production, stores, quality, accounts, and other internal departments to confirm specifications, stock requirements, receipts, and payment documentation.

Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions with suppliers.

Maintain complete and updated purchasing records, supplier documents, comparative statements, delivery status, and compliance documentation.

Experience G Qualification:--

Proven experience of more than 02 to 04 years (Experience from any Manufacturing Unit will be preferred).

Graduation/ Postgraduate /(B-Tech/ or Equivalent is preferred).

Working knowledge of end-to-end purchase functions, supplier evaluation, procurement

documentation, ISO systems, and record keeping.

Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office; working knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.

Strong written and verbal communication, coordination, supplier-management, and negotiation

skills are mandatory.
