Senior Purchase Executive

Purpose of position: The purpose of this position is to handle all the issues and daily activities of the department. To take initiative and close any requirement / indent related to Consumables/ General Items generated by user department in time bound manner. It also requires adherence to the compliance with respect to SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for purchase of Electrical Items, Machine parts and General items.

2. Responsible for development of vendors for printed packaging material.

3. Responsible for purchase of Primary. Secondary, Tertiary Packaging material.

4. Taking Quotations from supplier and Preparation of orders.

5. Filing work of department.

6. Follow-up with vendor for materials.

7. Follow-up with account for vendor payments.

8. Daily basis bill forwarding to accounts..

9. Any other task assigned by Reporting Manager.
