Role Overview

HUSE Energy is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale solar and floating solar projects, along with R&D and design engineering activities. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, technical coordination, design reviews, cost control, and timely project delivery.

The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, sound engineering knowledge, and experience in managing large projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute large-scale solar and floating solar projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and site teams.
• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, designs, and project documentation.
• Manage R&D activities, product development, design improvements, and technical validation.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify project risks, resolve technical issues, and take corrective actions to minimize delays.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Drive cost optimization, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and guide project engineers, design engineers, and other team members.
• Prepare project progress reports and provide regular updates to senior management.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in project planning, execution, and management of large engineering projects.
• Good knowledge of solar PV systems, floating solar, and engineering design.
• Experience in R&D, product development, design engineering, or technical innovation.
• Ability to read and review engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of project budgeting, cost control, and resource planning.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and AutoCAD is preferred.

Preferred Background

Experience in solar energy, renewable energy, EPC, infrastructure, or industrial engineering projects will be preferred.
