Senior Project Manager

Job Summary;

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Technical Project Manager with 17+ years of overall IT experience and a strong technical background in software development.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing complex IT/software development projects and should have started or worked significantly in a technical role involving Java, .NET, C, or C++.

The candidate should be capable of understanding application architecture, technical challenges, dependencies, and engineering discussions while effectively managing project delivery, stakeholders, risks, resources, and timelines.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 17+ years of overall IT industry experience.
• Extensive experience as a Technical Project Manager / IT Project Manager / Senior Project Manager.
• Strong background in software development and application development projects.
• Hands-on or strong prior technical experience in at least one of the following:
• Java
• .NET / C#
• C
• C++
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience managing projects involving software engineering, application development, modernization, integration, or enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and traditional project management methodologies.
• Experience handling cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand technical designs and communicate effectively with architects and engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise application architecture and system integration.
• Project/program management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or SAFe are an advantage.
