1. Project Management

2. PLC automation

3. Knowledge of AutoCAD/ Bricscad, Drawing Reading

4. Knowledge about barcode scanners and their working

5. Knowledge about networking (Profinet, Ethernet etc.)

6. Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook

Preferred candidate profile

1. Lead and oversee controls installation, commissioning, and project execution activities across multiple sites

2. Plan, allocate, and optimize site execution resources to ensure timely project delivery and budget adherence.

3. Drive quality, safety, and process compliance through audits, reviews, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

4 Monitor project progress, resolve execution bottlenecks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective issue resolution.

5 Manage customer and contractor relationships to enhance execution quality, stakeholder satisfaction, and project outcomes

6 Coach, mentor, and develop site teams while driving performance, capability building, and employee
