Role & responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of projects and programs, ensuring on-time, within-budget, high-quality outcomes against agreed scope and SLAs
• Manage vendor and third-party teams, including onboarding, work allocation, performance tracking, and governance against SOWs
• Run regular vendor reviews, track deliverables, and enforce accountability on timelines, quality, and commercial terms
• Coordinate between internal teams, vendor partners, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth, aligned execution
• Plan and track project scope, milestones, resources, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships through regular status updates, steering meetings, and expectation setting
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues proactively; escalate where needed
• Manage project budgets, effort tracking, forecasting, and vendor invoicing/billing validation
• Drive Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery practices and continuous process improvement
• Mentor project leads and team members

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent (MBA or PMP/PRINCE2/CSM certification is a plus)
• 10 to 15 years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years in a project or program management role
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects, preferably in IT services, software development, or digital transformation
• Experience managing vendor or outsourced delivery teams, including SOW and contract governance
• Strong track record of managing delivery across multiple parties and geographies
• Experience leading teams of 15+ members and managing multiple concurrent projects
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, or similar
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
