Senior Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee site management activities, including coordination with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  
• Manage interior fit out projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for turnkey projects involving corporate interiors.
  
• Ensure effective MEP coordination (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Monitor progress against milestones and identify potential issues proactively addressing them to minimize delays.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in civil project management or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of Fit Out, Interior Works, Interior Execution, Turnkey Project Management, Corporate Interiors, Site Management.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
