Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior PMO professional who can drive project governance, portfolio management, performance monitoring, MIS, risk management, resource planning, and strategic reporting for multiple projects.

This is a high-visibility role working closely with Senior Management, Project Managers, Finance, HR, Sales, and other business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead PMO governance and project portfolio management across multiple projects.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, scope, dependencies, and overall project health.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly project dashboards and MIS for senior management.
• Track project budgets, revenue, billing, costs, profitability, and financial deviations.
• Drive Risk, Issue & Dependency (RAID) management and ensure timely escalation and closure.
• Monitor project resource allocation, utilisation, capacity, and manpower requirements.
• Conduct periodic project reviews with Project Managers and functional stakeholders.
• Track critical action items and ensure timely closure.
• Identify project delays, bottlenecks, risks, and areas requiring management intervention.
• Establish and improve PMO processes, governance frameworks, templates, and reporting standards.
• Provide data-driven insights to management for project prioritisation and decision-making.
• Support strategic initiatives, transformation projects, and special projects as required.

What We Are Looking For

• 8-15 years of experience in PMO / Project Management / Program Management / Portfolio Management.
• Strong experience in PMO governance and managing multiple projects. Goverment project experience would be added advantage
• Experience working with Senior Management / Business Heads.
• Strong understanding of project planning, tracking, governance, risk management, and resource management.
• Excellent MIS, analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with JIRA / MS Project / Power BI / Smartsheet / Monday.com will be an advantage.
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification will be preferred.
• Experience in Goverment, IT, Technology, Consulting, Infrastructure, or project-driven organisations preferred.Role & responsibilities
