Qualification
Graduate in Civil Engineering from reputed institute with PG / PG- in Construction / Project Management
from NICMAR or equivalent institute
Experience
Min 12 -15 years of hands-on experience which shall include experience in on site Construction, Project Planning,
Labour Management etc...
Should have handled large projects as projects in-charge. Willing to travel extensively to various projects site.
Job Responsibility:
- Manage the Projects Department of Company for efficient execution of Projects
- Internal Co-ordination with Design and Sales Department
- Effective management of Resources including Manpower & Machines
- Client Communication
