Senior Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; track progress against milestones and identify potential roadblocks.
• Ensure effective communication among team members through regular meetings, status updates, and issue resolution.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in IT project management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
