Senior Project Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire Operations team, owning end-to-end delivery of Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) projects
• Drive project planning, scheduling, and execution across MEP, electrical, and BMS (Building Management System) scopes
• Prepare and monitor a thorough site action plan for each project, tracking milestones, resource deployment, and material supply timelines
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal engineering teams to ensure smooth site execution
• Oversee site commissioning activities, ensuring systems are installed and tested to specification before handover
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and manpower allocation across multiple concurrent sites
• Identify and resolve site-level risks, delays, and technical issues proactively
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and client-specific protocols
• Report project status, risks, and progress regularly to leadership
• Mentor and build capability within the Operations team

Preferred Candidate Profile

• PMP certified (mandatory)
• Strong hands-on experience in MEP, electrical systems, and BMS-related project execution
• Prior experience managing SITC projects for commercial/corporate fitouts
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with experience running an Operations function
• Strong site coordination and vendor/contractor management skills
• Excellent planning, documentation, and stakeholder communication abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
• 8+ years of relevant experience
