Senior Project Manager

1. Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Arab Senior Project Manager with strong and proven experience in the Marble Industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing projects from planning through completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budget compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and oversee marble projects from initiation to completion.

Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

Manage project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.

Ensure all work meets required quality and project specifications.

Supervise project teams and coordinate project activities.

Identify project risks and resolve technical or operational issues.

Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.

Coordinate marble fabrication, installation, and finishing activities.

Prepare regular project progress reports for management.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.

Requirements

1. Location : Arab nationality is mandatory.

2. Mandatory experience in the Marble Industry.

3. Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager.

4. Strong knowledge of marble fabrication, installation, and project execution.

5. Excellent project planning, coordination, and team management skills.

6. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

7. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

8. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.

Salary: AED 13,000 17,000 per month

2. Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer with mandatory experience in the Marble Industry to develop, monitor, and control project schedules, ensuring timely completion of marble fabrication, processing, and installation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed project schedules for marble fabrication, production, and installation activities.

Prepare and maintain project programs using Primavera P6 / MS Project.

Coordinate with production, procurement, engineering, site, and installation teams.

Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify delays or potential risks.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Track material procurement, marble production, fabrication, delivery, and installation schedules.

Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely material and resource availability.

Analyze project requirements, drawings, BOQs, and specifications to develop realistic schedules.

Prepare manpower and resource plans based on project requirements.

Identify critical activities and maintain the project critical path.

Assist the Project Manager in developing recovery and mitigation plans for delayed activities.

Conduct progress meetings and provide updates to management and clients when required.

Maintain accurate planning records, schedules, and project documentation.

Ensure project activities are completed within the approved time, cost, and quality requirements.

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

2. Mandatory experience in the Marble / Stone Industry.

3. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in project planning, preferably in marble fabrication, processing, or installation.

Salary: AED 4,000 7,000 per month
