About this role
- 12-14 years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in Project / Delivery Management roles.
- Must have strong exposure(Project management experience) to/on Middleware / Integration technologies such as TIBCO, MuleSoft, WSO2, Boomi, webMethods, Kafka, APIs, EDI or similar.
- Proven experience managing onsiteoffshore delivery models, distributed teams and coordination across multiple geographies/time zones.
- Strong team management and resource planning experience, including architects, leads, developers, QA/BA teams, KT, backup and succession planning.
- Experience working directly with global clients and senior stakeholders, including expectation management, escalations and difficult delivery conversations.
- Strong end-to-end delivery ownership across Discovery, Planning, Design, Development, SIT, UAT, Production, Hypercare and Support transition.
- Strong understanding of SOWs and contractual commitments including scope, assumptions, exclusions, deliverables, milestones, acceptance criteria and dependencies.
- Experience managing project commercials including budgets, effort burn, billable/non-billable resources, utilization, revenue, project margins and commercial risks.
- Ability to identify scope creep, assess effort/schedule/commercial impact and drive Change Requests (CRs) where required.
- Experience managing Fixed Fee, T&M, Capped T&M and Managed Services / AMS engagements.
- Strong delivery governance experience covering project plans, RAID, dependencies, WSR/MBR/QBR/SteerCo, action tracking and executive reporting.
- Strong risk and dependency management mindset — identify issues proactively, establish mitigation/contingency plans and escalate early with clear options.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/workstreams, competing priorities, resource constraints and cross-team dependencies while maintaining delivery predictability.
- Strong communication, negotiation and executive presentation skills with the ability to independently own delivery with limited senior-management intervention.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum / ITIL or equivalent certifications are desirable.
