Senior Project Manager - Civil

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage overall project management activities, including planning, execution, monitoring & control, and closure.
  
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders through regular progress updates and status reports.
  
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on projects.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 12-18 years of experience in civil engineering or construction industry with expertise in project management (B.Tech / B.E. Civil).
  
• Strong understanding of building design principles, architectural drawings interpretation.
  
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
  
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
