Senior Project Management Officer

We are hiring Senior PMO for our Investment banking client in Mumbai.

Experience : 7-9 years

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

• Budgets preparation, monitoring and controls for both headcount and cost
• Managing various onshore / local stakeholders for any budget related information / reporting
• Preparing various Dashboards link to Budgets, resource pipeline, finance and T&E etc
• Maintaining master files / Historical Budget related information, preparing regular reports link to Budgets covering financial, Headcount, man-days etc.
• Overall Invoice management and keep track of Invoices / cost.
• To co-ordinate with SLA team in BNPP ISPL and with regions for SLAs for Banking IT
• Ongoing capture and maintenance of data in relation to Headcount, Financials, Recruitment, Premises, etc.
• Monthly joiner/leaver estimates by effectively maintaining hiring tracker
• Management for resources (joiner leaver declaration), project allocation for timesheets, headcount/cost budgets submission.
• Keeping the HR database updated and ensuring data quality.
• Request submission for hiring approvals and tracking status.
• Regular meetings with Stakeholders (CIO, Domain Heads, Onshore PMO) giving them updates on budgets within defined frequency.
• Ensuring actual spending is aligned to budget and provide commentary where required.
• Assist with various dashboards and reporting.
• Assist with automation and improvement of process as necessary.
• Other business management tasks as necessary.
