Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in India, responsible for overseeing projects across our offices in Luxembourg, Australia, Canada, the UK, the USA, and Ireland. The ideal candidate will have 4-14 years of experience in project management, demonstrating a proven track record of successful project delivery and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, and manage projects from initiation to closure
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations
- Manage cross-functional teams and guide project managers and team leads
- Monitor project progress, performance, and risks
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders
- Manage stakeholder expectations and client relationships
- Identify risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and governance frameworks
