Senior Project Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Project Engineer role based in Ahmedabad. The Senior Project Engineer will oversee end-to-end project engineering activities for utility-scale renewable energy projects, including detailed design review, technical specifications, and coordination with electrical and civil engineering teams. Responsibilities include leading project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to manage project execution, mitigate risks, and resolve technical issues. The Senior Project Engineer will monitor project progress, prepare technical documentation and reports, support commissioning activities, and drive continuous improvement in engineering and project delivery processes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills relevant to utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• Candidates should possess proven Project Management and Project Planning skills, including scheduling, resource management, and risk mitigation.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline; a master's degree is an advantage.
• Experience in renewable energy projects (solar, wind, or hybrid), familiarity with industry standards and regulations, and proficiency with engineering and project management tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, uphold safety and quality standards, and drive timely completion of project milestones.
