Senior Project Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and commission automated engine assembly lines using PLCs such as Allen Bradley PlC and Rockwell PlC.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate conveyor systems, material handling equipment, and other automation components into the production process.
• Troubleshoot issues related to BIW (Body-in-White) manufacturing processes and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards by monitoring production data and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Job Requirements :

• 3-10 years of experience in industrial automation engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Studio/RSLogix/Control Logix/MicroLogix.
• Experience with commissioning and troubleshooting of automated engine assembly lines.
