Job Description
1. Project Planning & Execution

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in consultation with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with client requirements.

2. Monitoring, Control & Reporting

• Monitor project progress against milestones, budgets, and KPIs.
• Manage changes in project scope, timelines, and cost using formal control processes.
• Prepare progress reports and escalate critical issues to leadership.

3. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and third parties for seamless execution.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular status updates.
• Lead communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Risk Management & Documentation

• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Ensure proper documentation of project activities, compliance records, and client handovers.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons-learned reviews.

Desired Skills / Qualification
Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 35 years of total experience, including:
• 2+ years in project management within a manufacturing environment.
• 12+ years in mechanical/product design, preferably in kitchen equipment or similar industries using sheet metals.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery, within scope and budget.

Technical Proficiency

• Proficient in using AutoCAD for creating and interpreting technical drawings and design layouts.
• Practical knowledge of sheet metal design, fabrication, and laser cutting.
• Understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and technical standards.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with PLM systems, ERP platforms, and documentation protocols.

Project Management Skills

• Skilled in developing and tracking detailed project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Strong in stakeholder coordination, resource planning, risk mitigation, and change control.
• Proficient in project documentation, performance measurement, and reporting using project management tools and MS Office.
• Experience in vendor coordination and maintaining client relationships.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective team builder with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Adaptable under pressure and able to handle shifting priorities.
