SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER - CIVIL
Job Description
Position: Senior Project Engineer-Civil
Qualification: B.E.(Civil)
Location: Alibag, Raigad, Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities
1 Supervise building construction, RCC, masonry, finishing, and other civil works.
2 Execute infrastructure works, including earthwork, retaining wall, drainage, paving, and external development.
3 Coordinate and supervise landscaping and overall site development activities.
4 Ensure quality control and compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
5 Prepare quantity estimates, BOQs, and rate analysis; verify subcontractor measurements and bills.
6 Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and machinery deployment.
7 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
8 Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
Required Skills
1 Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
2 Experience in estimation, quantity surveying, quality control, and project reporting.
3 Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel; knowledge of MS Project is an advantage.
4 Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and team management skills.
