Senior Project Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead the architectural planning and design coordination for large-scale slum redevelopment projects undertaken for government authorities. The role involves strategic leadership, statutory compliance, and close coordination with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the architecture team for slum redevelopment projects from concept to execution
• Ensure full compliance with DCPR 33(10) and 33(9) provisions
• Provide expert guidance on FSI, TDR utilization, and GFC norms
• Coordinate with government bodies, Developer, and local authorities
• Review master plans, layouts, building proposals, and drawings for approval readiness
• Integrate rehabilitation, sale components, and infrastructure planning effectively
• Support PMC functions including timelines, approvals, and inter-disciplinary coordination
• Mentor junior architects and ensure quality control across deliverables

Required Expertise

• In-depth knowledge of:
• DCPR 2034 Regulation 33(10) & 33(9)
• FSI & TDR mechanisms
• Government Floor Coefficients (GFCs)
• Proven experience in slum rehabilitation / redevelopment projects
• Strong understanding of government approval processes and compliance frameworks
