Senior Production Support Engineer

Job Description-

• 4+ years of experience in Linux and working knowledge of shell scripting/power shell to work on automation initiatives.
• Work from office is mandatory (WFH is not available on this position).
• Should be ready to provide 24x7 support for critical production systems.
• Able to handle production issue.
• Independently analyze, solve, and fix issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
• Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
• Interact with client/onsite counterpart for issue resolution
• Able to follow the incident/change/problem management process
• Understanding of ITIL Vx.x and its components
