Role Description The Senior Product Sales Manager EBS is a full-time, on-site role based in Mysore Based in Mysore Managing Clusters: Hassan, Devanahalli, Tumkur & Mysore,

Focus: EBS Solutions with CMS & POS offerings, responsible for driving sales and growth of Enterprise Business Services (EBS) products. The role involves managing and expanding a portfolio of corporate and retail clients, identifying opportunities to EBS solutions product like CMS/POS offering, and meeting revenue and volume targets. Day-to-day activities include engaging with clients to understand their transaction banking needs, presenting tailored product solutions, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring smooth onboarding and implementation. The role requires close coordination with product, operations, and technology teams to enhance offerings, resolve service issues, and improve customer experience. The Senior Product Sales Manager will also prepare sales reports, track market trends, support marketing initiatives, and mentor junior sales team members.

• Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, including experience in achieving targets and managing a sales pipeline.
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to present complex EBS products clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven Customer Service capabilities, focused on building trust, handling queries, and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Demonstrated Business Development expertise in identifying opportunities, developing relationships, and expanding market share.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or transaction/EBS products, preferably in a senior sales or product role.
• Ability to analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and financial data to support strategic decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with strong planning, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
