Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to translate Creatrix Campuss product capabilities into a clear, differentiated market proposition that resonates with university leadership and enterprise technology buyers.
You will own product positioning, messaging, customer segmentation, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market strategies. Working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership, you will help teams understand which institutions to target, what those buyers value, and how to communicate our competitive strengths.
Success will be measured through stronger positioning, sales readiness, effective market launches, and measurable contributions to qualified pipeline and commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Product positioning and messaging: Develop clear positioning, value propositions, and product narratives that connect technical capabilities to institutional challenges and measurable business outcomes.
- Competitive intelligence: Analyse competing platforms and alternative solutions. Create positioning matrices, competitive battlecards, and actionable recommendations for Sales, Product, and Marketing.
- Customer segmentation: Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and prioritise institutions by type, size, geography, technology maturity, business needs, and buying readiness.
- Buyer understanding: Map decision-makers, influencers, purchasing triggers, evaluation criteria, and buying journeys within target institutions.
- Go-to-market strategy: Develop and execute product-specific and regional plans covering target audiences, messaging, channel priorities, launch readiness, sales enablement, and performance measurement.
- Sales enablement: Create sales presentations, persona-specific messaging, objection-handling guides, and value-selling materials that strengthen enterprise sales conversations.
- Customer research and validation: Conduct customer interviews and win-loss analysis to understand buyer perceptions, validate messaging, and identify positioning gaps.
- Customer proof points: Work with Customer Success to turn implementation outcomes into credible case studies, customer references, and evidence of product value.
- Pricing and packaging: Contribute market and customer insights to product packaging, pricing discussions, and commercial value articulation.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Guide campaign messaging and content priorities, inform product roadmap discussions, and maintain consistency across sales conversations, demonstrations, proposals, and marketing communications.
- Performance improvement: Track product marketing outcomes and refine strategies using customer feedback, sales insights, and commercial results.
Required Skills and Experience
- 10+ years of professional experience preferred, including at least 5 years in B2B SaaS product marketing, product positioning, or go-to-market strategy.
- Demonstrated experience positioning and supporting the growth of enterprise SaaS products in competitive markets.
- Strong knowledge of positioning frameworks, market segmentation, competitive differentiation, and customer value propositions.
- Proven ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, commercially relevant messaging.
- Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies across products, customer segments, or geographies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying journeys, longer sales cycles, and multi-stakeholder decision-making.
- Hands-on experience developing sales enablement materials and supporting competitive sales opportunities.
- Ability to turn customer research, market intelligence, and win-loss insights into practical recommendations.
- Strong written communication, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, influence cross-functional teams, and carry strategic recommendations through to execution.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in higher education technology, EdTech SaaS, university management systems, enterprise ERP, or related platforms.
- Experience marketing SaaS products across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, or other international markets.
- Exposure to category creation, market repositioning, or building an emerging SaaS brand against established competitors.
- Experience contributing to pricing, packaging, value-based selling, or commercial strategy.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS metrics and measuring product marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue.
- Experience working directly with founders, executive leadership, and product leaders in a growing technology company.
