About the Company A US-headquartered product company is scaling its India product hub and has partnered with Flexiple to hire senior talent. You will own a meaningful product line, set its direction, and partner with global leadership on bets that matter. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview As a Senior Product Manager, you will own strategy and execution for a core product area - setting the vision, shaping the roadmap, and driving outcomes across a cross-functional team while mentoring less experienced PMs.

Key Responsibilities Strategy & Vision

• Own the strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for a core product area
• Frame the biggest opportunities using research, data, and market context
• Align stakeholders across product, design, engineering, and leadership

Execution & Outcomes

• Drive discovery and delivery for high-impact initiatives end to end
• Define and own the metrics that prove value to the business
• Coach and unblock other product managers on the team

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5 to 10 years in product management, with senior ownership of an area
• A record of shipping products at scale and driving measurable outcomes
• Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and data fluency
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with US or global teams across time zones
• Background in a product-led or platform business
• Exposure to mentoring or leading a small product pod
